No, there is no version of Microsoft Office Configuration Analyzer Tool released for Macs. On the official website there are posted some system requirements as well as Office versions that work with this tool:

As you can see, there is no Mac versions released. You can try using Wine Bottler, but the app will search for the Windows versions of Office as well.
